I was born andraised in Kitchener-Waterloo and have spent most of my life in this community.My wife and I live in Waterloo, where we've raised our three children.

I've been helping people buy and sell real estate throughout Kitchener, Waterloo,Cambridge, and the surrounding communities since February 2005. With more than 21 years of experience, I've worked with a wide variety of clients, properties, and market conditions, and I still genuinely enjoy what I do.

Before beginning my real estate career, I worked my way through university building homes for Frede Construction, a local custom home builder. That hands-on experience gave me a practical understanding of home construction that continues to be invaluable in my work today. Whether evaluating a home's construction, recognizing potential concerns, or helping buyers understand what they're looking at, I bring a perspective that goes beyond simply showing properties.

‍Residential real estate is the heart of my business. I work primarily with buyers and sellers of resale homes, helping clients navigate everything from their first purchase to their next move. I believe that informed clients make better decisions, which is why I've developed comprehensive buyer and seller information packages that explain the process, answer common questions, and help people understand what to expect.

Real estate investing is also an important part of my business. I personally own a numberof rental properties and regularly help clients purchase investment real estate. Having experience on both sides of the equation—as a real estate brokerand as a property investor—gives me a practical perspective on evaluating potential investments, understanding operating expenses, and considering the responsibilities of property ownership.

As the owner and Broker of Record of McIntyre Real Estate Services, Brokerage, I work alongside a full-time executive assistant who helps manage the many details involved in a real estate transaction. This allows me to focus my attention on working directly with clients, providing advice, showing properties, and negotiating agreements.

Above all, I believe my greatest strength is the rapport I establish with my clients. I take pride in being approachable, straightforward, and responsive. Whether we're looking at houses, preparing a home for sale, or negotiating an agreement, my goal is to provide honest advice and help my clients make decisions that are right for them.
